100% covered python repository exhibits badge "unknown"

Hi,

I have a 100% covered repository eule. However, as you can see on repository codecov badge, it is shows an "unknown" badge. In the past, the badge had its proper label. As you can see in this other repository of mine, the same problem occurs. It is not an isolated problem since my NodeJS also does not exhibit the desired badge. Someone just made something wrong: take a look at YOUR standards 😅
