Lower panel is opened when not requested #421
Description
👉🏻I am working on a fixed form program.
I close the bottom panel when coding.
If I type a // or ... then VSC opens the lower panel to the OUTPUT tab. It tells me something is wrong????
This get annoying and confusing as the screen suddenly changes on you.
