Open Terminal doesn't work in web mode

We should consider using the new Ghostty web stuff and launch a window with a nice terminal in it. This can be a fallback on local too for SSH remotes and if the local terminal is unavailable.

I find Terminals that are built into a wider web app to be very annoying to use, primarily due to the lack of resizing and keybind conflicts. I suggest we use a pop up window instead.
