Add Categories for Snippets

A nice feature addition would be the ability to categorize snippets.

T'm currently writing a plugin that hooks into Code Snippets and allows for adding tags. It's a rather complex project, and I'll be co-developing Code Snippets and this plugin. After the tags plugin is completed, Code Snippets 1.7 will be released. You can find the plugin at bungeshea/code-snippets-tags.
