Serverside tracking example

This is a minimal html, javascript & express example how to implement serverside tracking.

Steps to get it running

1. Make sure node is installed
2. Type npm install in the terminal
3. Type npm start in the terminal
4. Add your Google analytics id, and other parameters you have available into the market spots in the index.js to capture the events
