文档里给出了这些：

DEFECT - 缺陷
REQUIREMENT - 需求
MISSION - 任务
EPIC - 史诗
SUB_TASK - 子任务

而最新教学项目导出是：

往这个教学项目里创建 REQUIREMENT ，报错：

目测需要传参数 IssueTypeId，调用了一下，果然如此。

那就意味着需要先 查询项目引用的事项类型列表，自动匹配，或弹出共选择。#75
