Revert PR #329 as per #328 (comment)
The package already has a LICENSE file in the docs folder.
The MANIFEST.in does not seem to need any modification, as the LICENSE file is properly included in the released package
The setup.py does not have any reference to the LICENSE file, and the actual license is properly assigned in the metadata.
