[RSR-600] - COMPAS - External manual Binding - After given a possible source CB, an error message is returned

Context:

During a manual binding, after having imported some ICD into a SCD, the integrator gives the source of a signal through a list of possible source objects and then gives a source CB when source IED is different from target IED.

Main purpose:

The purpose of this US is that during the validation of source CB, the error message is no more returned and that the source CB of the ExtRef is written into the SCD.

Description:

Protocol to get the list of possible source CB:

• For an Export Site, create a SCD and import into it the 2 ICD in attachment into the same sub network PROCESS_AP.
• Consider the given signal named "DYN_LDSL_Ordre fermeture sectionneur_1_BOOLEAN_1_general_1" which belongs to IED@name="VirtualSCU" and LDevice.inst="LDSL"
• Do an external binding by giving source IED "VirtualBCU" and the LDevice.inst "LDCMDDJ" and the LN.Class "CSWI1"
• Give the CB of type GOOSE and named LDCMDDJ_CBGSE_I from IED VirtualBCU of LDevice.inst "LDCMDDJ" of LN.Class "LLN0" to finish the external binding

Actual behaviour:
An error message is returned: "Unknown control block LDCMDDJ_CBGSE_I in VirtualBCULDCMDDJ/CSWI1"

Expected behaviour:
RCONF writes into the SCD, the source CB of the ExtRef i.e that fields ExtRef.srcXXXXX are populated
