Tried resetting but won't turn back on.

Describe the bug

I tried resetting my comma because it was acting up. I would get a flash of the comma symbol and it would just stay like that. Initially it started with it's saying not connected on the bottom left side. The night connected it to comma connect and that went away. It looked like it was working but after about 2 minutes all that happened was the comma sign just stayed in the middle of the screen. I unplugged the unit and turned it back on and quickly went to software uninstall. That went fine and it uninstalled. It took a couple minutes to find a Wi-Fi signal which was weird because it doesn't usually take that long. Then I clicked on the Wi-Fi symbol and the comma sign appeared again and just stayed on the screen I unplug the unit and plugged it back in after 1 minute and the screen is now blank. On the back side of the unit there's a flashing blue dot someone.
If anyone knows how to fix this I would greatly appreciate it.
