I've opened issues on the two remaining packages

• Support building against entropy-0.4.* prowdsponsor/nonce#15
• Support building against entropy-0.4.* haskell-hvr/uuid#34

Given how widely used uuid is, it is not feasible to remove it from the build plan, so the stackage constraint of entropy < 0.4 will remain until this is addressed.

Seems to have been solved, currently the snapshot has entropy-0.4.1.1
