Make Link to version Specifications

It is difficult to get to the specifications of the individual versions, there should be a link from the user guide to the Common Workflow Language (CWL) Command Line Tool Description. Searching for specifications will bring you to the following:

The specifications link still requires 2 clicks and some knowledge of where to go before you will arrive at:

https://www.commonwl.org/v1.2/CommandLineTool.html

I think there should be a more direct way of arriving at this documentation.
