Feature request: certfp (& SASL EXTERNAL)

I don't like typing my password and most of networks support certfp. My usecase would be znc's certauth module which allows identifying to znc using certfp.

No built-in support, yet, at least. I'm interested having this also in
communi-desktop, so I might take a look sooner or later. No promises,
though :)
