Summary

GitLab: User records appear for each commit at easycla boat comment

Background

  1. Login to GitLab client
  2. Add new branch
  3. Add commit
  4. Create MR
  5. Now add another commit on the same branch

Expected behavior

only single records appear with multiple commit id, similar to GitHub

@mlehotskylf I had pushed changes to the feature/gitlab-mr branch with not PR raised. Created #4499

Updating the wrapper functions of the gitlab api functions that handles the gitlab integrations to be done completed by Tuesday cc @mlehotskylf
