Refactor: Buttons + Create Style Guide page

Updates the fonts/colors/styles of the main style guide's buttons

What this PR does

• Override Bootstrap's CSS Variables https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.2/components/buttons/#variables for btn, btn-primary, and btn-outline-primary
• Use btn btn-primaryfor primary-btn
• Use btn btn-outline-primary for secondary-btn

Buttons

• btn btn-primary
• btn btn-primary disabled
• btn btn-outline-primary
• btn btn-outline-primary disabled

• btn btn-primary in focus
