Problem: a compatibility specification extends beyond a container
Solution: compspec (the GitHub org) can better represent use cases that range from (still) containers to binary applications for high performance computing

Our first set of experiments used a media type that was scoped to supercontainers, but we are done that work so not an issue to rebrand now. Sooner is better than later!
