We have since: config setting. To establish tinuous for datalad/git-annex and to make sure we get releases nicely I wanted to fetch everything for the date around the last release we have. I thought just to put

since: 2021-04-27T00:00:00Z

and then tinuous would work "chronologically" and I would just interrupt it when it gets past the release. But it loops through ci/workflows so it got into handling all runs for build-macos.yaml etc, so can't really check easily.

Although I do not see if pragmatically useful in real setup (we should never stop! ;)) but I think it would be useful for the use case to try/establish the tinuous setup, so let's have it, unless you do not see it as useful @jwodder .
