I'm not very experienced with travis and appveyor. This builds locally. Maybe someone with more experience can see how to move to (the non-deprecated) Python 3. |

Seems the docker image being used under travis (lasote/conangcc7) doesn't include python3 at all. It is pretty much unclear why pybind11 prefers python2 over python3 under appveyor at the moment though. |
