Close #13987

To discuss: Maybe we want to use pyyaml>=6 for all cases? It seems that it supports Python 3.6 too, so apparently it should be ok

I can't find pylint comp table, but if newer versions are comptabile with 3.6, I'd use it everywhere just to keep variability to a minimum no?
