This is failing since it pins maturin <=0.9.1. The handling of pypy wheels was updated in version 0.11.3. Could one of the repo committers push to this PR to update the recipe?

I think @andfoy had some issues with maturin 0.10, so that change in our requirements would need to be done in pywinpty itself.

I think that sdist issue was fixed since maturin 0.11.0. PyO3/maturin#579
