Tests using cw20-ics20 contract

Closes #46

• Upload cw20-base and cw20-ics20 in CI setup
• wasmd test to instantiate both in unit test
• Connect channel with cw20-ics20 in unit test
• Send cw20 packets over channel (success)
• Return cw20 packet over channel (success)
• Send other denom from remote end (error)
