The make rdkafka_performance works fine, but
make rdkafka_example gives this:
cc1: warnings being treated as errors
rdkafka_example.c: In function ‘hexdump’:
rdkafka_example.c:57: error: format ‘%lu’ expects type ‘long unsigned int’, but argument 4 has type ‘size_t’
make: *** [rdkafka_example] Error 1

Suggestion? (I don't do a lot of C work)

Thanks for reporting this. Fixed on master branch.

Do not set _POSIX_C_SOURCE for FreeBSD (makes clang-15 happy)
