Collection of teaching material for deep learning for (biomedical) image analysis.

This repository contains a collection of jupyter notebooks with exercises that can be re-used for courses. Currently:

• exercises/classification contains exercises for image classification.

Getting Started

• Create a conda environment with the necessary dependencies
  • conda env create -f environment-gpu.yaml (use environment.yaml instead of you don't need gpu support)
• Try the first notebook
  • Activate the conda env: conda activate dl-image-gpu
  • Start jupyter: jupyter notebook
  • Open and run the notebook at exerceises/classification/1_data_preparation.ipynb
