Objectives
To improve UX, this PR changes styles (to tabs style) on processes key dates.
Visual Changes
Before (some users didn't understand the key dates was links)
After (the new style as tabs it's easier to understand)

Finally on mobile sizes we remove arrow on
is-activeprocess phase.
