We refresh the page entirely and hence we no longer need this support. We removed the `morphdom` package.

The live preview as a whole has been completely refactored. Everything is in its module. The live preview now uses Advanced post messages like Live Editor. Lodash ES has replaced Lodash to enable tree-shaking.
