Add Support for OpenAI gpt-oss models

• I believe this is a way to improve. I'll try to join the Continue Discord for questions
• I'm not able to find an open issue that requests the same enhancement

Problem

The OpenAI gpt-oss models supports tool calling and agentic mode. There's no way to use these on Continue.

Solution

Add support for using Agent mode with OpenAI gpt-oss models.

Why gpt-oss:20b model is working too slow in VS code compare to terminal (ollama run gpt-oss:20b "How can you help me?")?
It's like a few times slower.
My settings:

name: Local Assistant
version: 1.0.0
schema: v1
models:
  - name: gpt-oss 20b
    provider: ollama
    model: gpt-oss:20b
    roles:
      - chat
      - edit
      - apply
 ... other models ...

PS: sometimes it's don't even print the answer. Especially in Intellij Idea. I don't have such a problem with terminal, although I was need to update ollama.
