This library hangs, not even getting to the error message that I am missing params, and has not been updated since 2018. I do not want to present this as something I consider best practice for hpc. Signed-off-by: vsoch <vsoch@users.noreply.github.com>

Update: I'm improving osu benchmarks as well to prepare for experiments.
Another update: I find chatterbug kind of unreliable, and it seems janky and is totally lacking in documentation. I do not want to present this at Kubecon as a best practice HPC app because it doesn't meet this (fairly low) bar/standard.
