Redmine Plugin: View Commits in Github

This plugin let's you redirect to GitHub when viewing commits (instead of using Redmine's builtin repository browser).

Set the GitHub user/repository in plugin's configure page for those projects that are hosted on Github.

Tested with Redmine v2.3
