Add a status bar item to display vscoqtop info (version and coq version).
- Made sure all promises resolve or reject - Added a markdown string on hover

@palmskog How do you feel about this for a display ? The large panel gets displayed on hover. |

@rtetley that looks good to me. Even though it's not part of the issue you're addressing, maybe the same panel/location could be used for opam info (like the current switch). |
