feat(codemod): add codemod for transparent color vars

Удаление transparent палитры. Порядок выполнения:

1. Выпустить новую версию ui-primitives без colors-transparent (pull request)
2. Обновить в текущем pr версию ui-primitives (подтянуть обновление токенов yarn update-colors)
3. Опубликовать codemod
4. Выпустить мажорку
