When using corectl at present it needs continuous access to two github repositories for it to function correctly
At present these can be stored anywhere and they are found from references in the corectl.yaml
By having the working directories accessible in this way above, it encourages users to choose to wire them into their own normal working trees. It is however felt that these working trees should be more hidden and be treated as cached configuration automatically managed by corectl.
