Breadcrumb - Allow breadcrumbs without link

Hello,
I think it would be easy and useful to add a data flag to allow for breadcrumb sections that have no corresponding link (i.e. working as the 'last' element).

In the above example, the 'Settings' and 'User' navigation items from the left menu have no corresponding route, they are just navigation groups - so I wouldn't expect them to be links in the breadcrumb, just simple text.

I had a look at the code and it looks like a pretty simple improvement - I think I can supply a pull request for that if you prefer.
