Fixes #4

  • less cleanup required for release script
  • use SPM!
  • Make Xcode work with citeproc-rs/bindings/xcframework
  • Move swift sources into SPM-style Sources folder
  • new rust-toolchain file with more targets, debug/release split
  • release script now pushes rust-only CiteprocRs.xcframework
  • Simplify the readme for SwiftPM
