Add "news" from "Corona-Infokanal des Bundesministeriums für Gesundheit" (Telegram)

The "Bundesministerium für Gesundheit" offers a public Telegram channel with regular (short) information.

But not everyone is using Telegram, so it would be great to have this information within the app as well (optional as push) messages. This could also help to inform people in a more offical way.

It looks like the Telegram channel from BMG is available in German only.
https://www.bundesgesundheitsministerium.de/coronavirus.html says there is also a WhatsApp channel.
