Current Implementation

If a user reports an infection via the app, the user has to step thorough the upload process and then sees the "Thank you" screen.

Suggested Enhancement

After the DKs were uploaded to the server, users who use the new contact diary feature (v 1.10 and above) should be asked if they want to share the diary with the health authority/friends/etc.

Expected Benefits

More users not only using the diary but also sharing it.

Health authorities won't request a list of contacts in most cases anymore, so I step back from this request.
