Have a way to download Ventura recovery?

Recently i downloaded the Recovery file (BaseSystem.dmg) from Google drive (probably someone downloaded it from Apple's server and hosted) the question is, HOW?

Have any way to download it using gibmacos or macrecovery? Thanks

Since Ventura is still in closed Developer Beta, you need to opt-in to the Apple beta program and grab Ventura from System Update.

I'm curious about this and any beta. Where did that BaseSystem.dmg come from? BaseSystem.dmg doesn't appear in InstallAssistant.pkg for any beta release.

Is there no way to make an installer ON Windows from the downloaded Ventura/Monterey files (which are PKGs now) ???

Not from the files gibMacOS can get. Apple changed how they distribute the OS, so there is no recovery environment in the sucatalog for Big Sur and later.

You could use Acidanthera's macrecovery.py from the OpenCorePkg repo to download the BaseSystem.dmg and chunklist, then leverage OpenCore's dmg loading to boot it though.

Alternatively, you can pass the BaseSystem.dmg from macrecovery.py to MakeInstall when it asks for the recovery package to have it build the USB with the fs therein.
