Attempt at support for keyword argument based paths. Depends on a change to django-rest-framework-gis (https://github.com/ioionu/django-rest-framework-gis/blob/b1b02f8b4bd1132a7e05e3b20bbfa7101fcb359a/rest_framework_gis/filters.py#L139) which is probably not a good idea.

Closes issue I can't set the url with args (from django path), such as Martin tile server #13
Tests added
Documentation updated (docstrings, README, setup.py, Sphinx docs)
