Node still got voting power after unbond

Hello, there
After I unbonded a validator, this full nodes still with voting_power=2, as showing at http://52.78.110.50:46657/status .

I only got 2 accounts, 02E4EF156E757923D8B654FC46755E580EC43850 & 4B5BE759EB23B0D76C6A60636BD0E3111178794E. The sum of their balance is 50.

@rigelrozanski did you ever look into this ? We should test that it's no longer true on the latest staking code.

Agree - let's leave this issue open until verified. haven't looked at yet
