Fixed two typos as follows:

1- In the "Context" section:

Original: This thinking can be further abstracted into the conception of "blockchain specialization groups".

Correction: This thinking can be further abstracted into the concept of "blockchain specialization groups".

2- In the "Decision" section:

Original: Membership admittance to a specialization group could take place over a wide variety of mechanisms.

Correction: Membership admission to a specialization group could take place over a wide variety of mechanisms.
