Fixes CLI query bugs from Minor fixes #94
Fixes queries incorrect addressing when converting hex to bytes from Basic RPC and CLI Queries #77 and eth_getTransactionCount implementation #91
Adds back query types for consistency and future proofing, which were removed in Minor fixes #94
