Gaia v14.1.0 Release Notes

This is a special point release in the v14 release series. It replaces the v14.0.0 release, which is deprecated.

This is a mandatory upgrade for all validators and full node operators.
The upgrade height is 18262000, which is approx. Dec 13th 2023, 12:00 CET.

🚀 Highlights
