This has also Orf3a:H243R , Orf1a:Y1634H, Orf1b:R1622I and i mention here @ryhisner : " ORF7a is frequently spoiled by stop codons, elimination of the start codon, huge deletions, and mutations that spoil the TRS (most commonly C27389T)" cause it has also C27389T
