We should be able to get a "red-lined" document with <ins> and <del> tags saying what's changed since the previous version of a paper, without needing to insert them manually.

I've been using and to explicitly differentiate between the TS
and IS. Maybe an attribute is needed to differentiate paper versions from
editor instructions?
