DevNexus Spring Cloud Data Flow Workshop

This repository contains the presentations and lab materials for the Spring Cloud Data Flow workshop for DevNexus.

Preparation for the workshop

Before attending the class, please be sure you have the following items installed on the laptop you are bringing to class.

1. Apache Maven

2. JDK 8

3. Text Editor or IDE (Labs can be done with a text editor and command line)

4. git

5. RabbitMQ. If not already installed we have instructions provided to you here for MacOSX and Windows installation.

6. Please download the Spring Cloud Data Flow Server and Spring Cloud Data Flow Shell jars before class.

If you cannot get access to github we will have a limited number of thumb drives containing the content of this GitHub workshop repository as well as the Spring Cloud Data Flow Server, Shell, and the necessary uber-jars for lab exercise.
