MIRI Imaging Technical Review

1. Changed requirements file to use jwst 1.15.1 before it was 1.14.0
2. Corrected typos and removed unnecessary extra lines.
3. Changed text about reference files because that is changing.
4. Fixed link to visualize data
5. Updated information about the CRDS context to use. This to indicate the new data-processing style
6. Added print for CRDS_CONTEXT
7. Added to import InteractiveShell to display all results in shell
8. Fixed format for links to steps in image2.
9. Fixed format for bulleted list (first bullet ) in Image3. Also added info about parameter reference file for outlier detection.
10. Condensed output for steps run and reference files used

Misty, I just merged this commit to your repo. I though I did it before but looks like I didn't. However, I mad another change I need to commit before you can push it to spacetelescope repo.
