What happened?

Description

The tooltip for fields' translatable indicators renders behind the slideout container:

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an entry with a translatable field
2. Open that entry in a slideout, e.g. by double-clicking it in an entry index
3. Click on the t9n indicator for the translatable field inside the slideout, and observe that the indicator's tooltip renders behind the slideout container
