Bloodline is a debugging tool for MODX Revolution that lets you track a rendered page back to its component parts, trace-out any tag, and view information and errors on any page.
To run Bloodline,
- Log into the MODX manager
- View a page and add type "?BLOODLINE=1" at the end of the page's URL, e.g. http://yoursite.com/some/page.html?BLOODLINE=1
Information Displayed
- Resource ID
- Template ID
- Context
- All MODX tags used on the page
- Any Errors
- Markup flagging the outer-most tags
