NG: Refactored content about client/tools/connectivity options to dedicated section

In order to maintain corresponding topics at a central place, no matter whether they are concerned about CrateDB Cloud or CrateDB Self-Managed, connectivity-, client- and integration-options have been refactored into the canonical repository crate-clients-tools, which got a thorough facelift, so it can present the corresponding content with a more reasonable appearance and guiding.

Is there a way we could redirect to the new pages just in case someone has links out there pointing to these pages that are getting deleted?

Dear Hernan,

thank you. I just amended the patch so that the index location at howtos/connect-to-cluster/index is the same as before. In this way, the location will be roughly the same like https://crate.io/docs/cloud/howtos/en/latest/connect-to-cluster/ ¹, only the individual subpages would be missing.
