Naming things: Use "hot" vs. "warm" labels for the "REALLOCATE" strategy #27

About

The storage zones for the "REALLOCATE" strategy have been called hot vs. cold. @seut suggested to use the labels hot vs. warm instead. It makes sense to me to discriminate storage zones this way, because reallocated data is still available for querying (warm), while deleted or outphased/snapshotted data isn't (cold). Thanks.
