It's no longer used by crc
The former is obsolete.
These reserved values were added on purpose to keep backwards compatibility. Annotate them with //nolint to avoid warnings about dead code.

This PR consists of several small cleanups, but more importantly it has the API which will be used by machine driver to expose file sharing.
CRC will use this in order to implement file sharing support (
podman run --volume /hostpath:/containerpath)
