Update CC 4.0 sk Slovak (Slovensky) legal code translation

Technical details

• Once this has been merged into the translation branch, I'll verify it works in the new CC Legal Tools (cc-legal-tools-app, cc-legal-tools-data)
  • Once verified, I'll create a PR to merge the translation branch to main and fully integrate it into the new CC Legal Tools
• The Deeds & UX translations are managed in Transifex (Slovak Translation Team [requires authentication])
